About this Group: Learning DBT skills can assist you in better managing behaviors, emotions and thoughts. The goal is to help you effectively deal with: problems with anger or the expression of anger, depression, irritability or anxiety, intense or chaotic relationships, impulsivity, reduce stress and feelings of emptiness by developing effective skills.
